how do you set common Categories List in outlook 07 for multiple .

we have OUTLOOK 07 installed on the workstations connected to windows SBS
2003 mail exchnage .

how do enforce the same category list common and used by all exhange users?

You could use GPO:

Using GPO, category *names* would be updated whenever Outlook starts; you
cannot update on demand or update colors.

With Category Manager (link in my signature) you can deploy categories and
colors when Outlook starts and additionally at intervals. You can also
remind or force users to assign categories.
