How do you set the page header?

i upgraded from ON-2003 about a month ago and noticed that I'd lost the "page
headers" being a different color from the body. I'm finally tracking that
down. :)

How does one set "page header" color for a page or template in ON-2007?
Using ON-2003 templates in ON-2007 does not give what I'm after. (You know,
where the top part is blue and the rest of page [the body] is white?)

After much searching of the forum and finding nothing, I finally pulled up
both versions of ON and in the "file->page setup" pane, I finally noticed
that ON-2003 has a "page header" field and ON-2007 does not.

Is this feature lost for good or is there an option buried somewhere that
will turn this back on?

Thanks,
Kevin

Hardly ever really did *work* with ON2003 and immediately changed to the
ON2007 Beta. SO I just can not remember how things were there.

YES for the latter.
There is no "header" for a page. There is only a title for the page.

No. There's no way to turn on something like a header.
IMHO the page title is fully sufficient.

Too bad, because it made the visual separate between the title area and the
body very noticable and clean.

Thanks for the answer!

IMHO it's clear enough the way it is.
Maybe a matter of taste and what ine is used to.
Thanks for the answer!

De nada.
