How do you set up email listserve in ms office?

I am looking for a way to organize the fan list for my band where I can just
click on the list of emails and send an email to everyone on the list. I
started making the list in Excell so that I could have the names, numbers,
and emails organized, but it only let's you email one person at a time...or
at least it appears this way...I cannot find anyway to sellect all of the
emails. You'd think you'd just be able to highlight a collum and click on
something like "send email to all"...but I cannot find a feature like this.

Start to export your excel list to Address book in Outlook. After that,
indicates those list by creating New Distribution List...
