How do you set up margins for binding

I am spiral-binding a landscape document, so binding will be on top and
bottom, with material being bring on both sides of the paper. How do I set
the margins so that the binding will not interfere with the printing. Mirror
margins and gutter options do not work on landscape.

If the entire document is landscape, you can set the gutter to be at the
top. Otherwise, you'll have to fake it by using "Different odd and even"
header/footer settings and adding extra space to the Odd Header and Even
Footer to compensate.
