how do you set up users to add multiple records in a multi-user da

I have a multi-user Access database, that when 1 person has it open (Shared),
I get the message "Save Command Action Cancelled". I need to set it up so
that multiple people can add records and save them without getting this error
message. The records are being added even though they get the Save Command
Action Cancelled message.
