how do you shade rows in MS Project?

My boss wants to shade rows in a project -- kind of like a highlighter would
do on paper but the full cell. How can I do that in Project 03 or 07?

MCB1,
With Project 2003 and earlier the best you can do is to change the font
color, cell background cannot be colored.

However with Project 2007 the user can set the cell background color of
either a single row in a view or a like group of rows. To set the
background color go to Format/Font (for individual rows), or Format/Text
Styles (for like groups of rows).

Hope this helps.
