How do you show/hide text as in the microsoft help documents

I want to put together a document in Word 2003 to send to my users, as their
office expertise varies I would like to hide explanations. So for the users
who don't know they can click and see the explanations. Is this a program
put together in Visual Basic?

Can anyone help me?
