How do you show Proposal/Project Description field in Views?

When Proposals are first created, there are two fields "Name" and
"Description" in the 2nd section of the Summary Information tab. When
information is entered into the Description field, it doesn't appear to be
visible anywhere except in the Proposal itself. (EPM Project Server 2007)
How can this Description be accessed to be used in a View?
[When creating a Project Center View, the Project Name field is
automatically added as a Displayed field for the View; however, the
Description column does not show anywhere as an Available field to be
selected to move to the View.]

This field will not be accessible anywhere other than the proposal edit page
and once you convert to a project it will not be visible anywhere.

This description field is also not pushed to the reporting database. It is
best to use an enterprise project custom field and avoid using this field.

Thank you Jonathan. Is it possible then to remove the Description Box from
the Proposal Screen? I'd prefer not to have this field and a custom field
both displayed on the same entry Proposal screen.

And, when I create the custom description field, is there any way to have
the custom description included in the project workspace when it is
automatically created?
