How do you split large mail into multiple messages

Is it possible to set outlook to split a message using a max message size to
send fragmented messages to make one on reciept

No, unless you're using the old Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode, and
even then I'm not positive it can be done. You'd need a third-party
splitter for that.
