How do you stop a .vcf file from showing up in every message sent?

A colleague has set up an email signature and somehow a .vcf file has become
associated with all messages that are created by him. The email signature
does not show any form of business card or where the .vcf file might be
associated with the signature. How do you get Outlook to stop including the
..vcf file in emails?
