How do you store email in activity tab in contacts?

The activities Tab is an instant look-up of what is in your Mailbox. You
cannot store anything in it. All it does is look through the entire Mailbox
(Inbox, Calendar, Sent Items etc etc ) and displays whatever is in there
that relates to the Contact. You just see a form of shortcut to the actual
Item which is in the Mailbox.
