How do you submit IP forms to 2 diff Lib?

I have an InfoPath form that has 80 datamined fields and is published to BCP
Form library.
I now have another library to track the approval process of these documents.
This library doesn't need the data mined fields. The approval library needs
a copy of the document as well, for tracking.

Is there a way to do this?

You certainly can add a second submit data connection.

You can use rules and execute both from a single button.

I do not believe you can eliminate the promoted properties but the view of
the second library can exclude them from being visible.

Clay,
Thank you so much for the info. I was on the right track after all. I can
set up the second data connection. As far as the rules go:
I need to use boolean and say if "Submit =true" then what? I dont know the
rest of the process.
Could you fill in the blanks for me?

Hey Stacie.

Have you button set to rules in the dropdown for type.
Then add a rule, you do not need a condition
Add an action
Select submit to data connection and pick the submit DC you want first
then add a second action and select submit for the second one.
If an action fails the rest will not get executed.
In Submit Options you can control some of the options to what haapens
regarding submit.
