How do you surpress the header in printing?

I am trying to print out notes that J want to look like handwritten notes.

Assuming the notes to be printed were already handwritten, you can get
pretty close:

Go into File | Print Preview, then select "(none)" for the footer, and
"Print Header on a separate page". Your notes will then appear on page 2
and beyond of the printout.
