How do you switch off list manager in Excel?

Hi, I'm using Excel X Mac and clicked Yes when asked to use List manager but
I would now like to switch it off but how do you do it? Thanks P

If the List toolbar is displayed you can click its List button & select
Remove List. I don't recall whether v. X supports contextual menus, but if
it does: Whether the bar is displayed or not you can Control/Right-Click in
the list range & select Remove List in the contextual menu.
