How do you type notes, etc on 4x6 index card in MS Word?

How do you type notes, etc on 4x6 index card in MS Word? I have an HP
Laserjet 1100A

Individual cards? If the laser printer will physically handle such a small
page size and that size is not pre-defined in the printer driver, you will
have to use a large page size and juggle the margins to fit the text in the
available space.

Is 4x6 one of the sizes supported by the printer driver? If so, you'll find
it listed on the Paper tab of Page Setup. If not, as Graham suggests,
you'll have to select the next-largest size and make up the difference with
margins.

If your printer won't accommodate such a small paper size, you
might consider purchasing two-per-page index cards (such as Avery
5389, see
http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Pr...nnel=c042fd03ab30a110VgnVCM1000002118140aRCRD
). Word includes a template for these cards, and the Avery
website also offers a template for these cards.
