When trying to check out the Enterprise Global, a message appears that
says one of our users has it checked out. But, it is not checked out
by this person. We think this is occurring because the Project client
crashed while this person was using it about a week ago. So it
probably did not get checked in again properly. Is there a way to
manually reset check-in by maybe updating the project server database?
