How do you unistall BCM?

Does anyone have instructions for manually uninstalling Business Contact Manager?

I don't have an entry for MSDE or for Business Contact Manager in Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.

I tried a System Restore back to before installing BCM - and that did remove BCM from Outlook, but it left MSDE and all of its components and databases

I'm hoping some one has manual instructions for unistalling.

BCM should be listed in Add/Remove Programs as "Business Contact Manager for
Microsoft Outlook 2003" -- in other words, not "Microsoft Business Contact
Manager."
