how do you unlock the password, I did forget my password.

Mary, there is no way to retrieve or recover the password. If you have lost
or forgotten the password, then that section is lost to you.

There are many others

All of these are links to the same software, which came out in 2005. As
such, it is unlikely it'd work with the most recent version of OneNote.
If you do try them though, I'd highly recommend downloading a demo and
checking to make sure it can recover a simple password.
