Are you telling me that I have to save this link? There should be a link on
my profile page or somewhere when I sign in that just takes me there without
me having to save links on all my pc's....

Many find it easier to work through a newsgroup reader (which provides a
method for looking at just your posted messages, among other possible
views). If you are using Windows, that can be done by just setting up an
Account for the news server. For example, in Vista, you would go into
Windows Mail, or Outlook Express on older versions, click Tools/Accounts,
click the Add button and select Newsgroup Account from the list of possible
accounts you can set up, then answer the questions the set-up wizard asks
you and, when you get to the question about the news server name, use
this...

msnews.microsoft.com

Once you have finished the wizard, it will ask you if you want to see the
available newsgroups... say Yes (or OK, I don't remember exactly what the
button caption is) and find the Excel newsgroups you want to have listed for
you in the email/news reader's list of accounts). You can make the search
for Excel newsgroups easier by typing excel in the search box at the top of
the dialog box.

Note: You probably don't want to use your actual email address as that would
be shown on any messages that you post to the newsgroup making it available
for spammers... most people "mung" the address in some way (such as I did),
or simply use a fake address, the choice is yours.
