Get a book, use Google to do a search (Hint: C++ tutorial), take a course,
but do not post messages on an Office VBA group.

With a bit of effort, you might even find a C++ newsgroup, but even the
users in that group will not teach you from scratch, this is not the purpose
of newsgroups.
