How does Business Contact Manager display executed campaign

I have created and sent emails using email merge with a Word 2007 document as
part of my Business Contact Manager Marketing Campaign. All emails show up
in my sent messages folder but on the status bar for the BCM Marketing
campaign it does not show it has having been executed. How does that get
updated?
