how does form inherit changes to table?

Hi Access gurus,

Typically a form is built on a query which is built on a table. I
change the input mask (for example) in the table and I want the form to
inherit this without manually replacing the text box in the form. How do I
tell the form to update the field properties when they change in the table?
Or am I asking for a miracle?

Access 2003 does have a feature that does this for at least some properties.
When you change the property in the table, a SmartTag is displayed beside
the property which you can use to update the property in other objects that
use it.

I'm afraid you're out of luck, then, John, as the feature is new in Access
2003.
