How does one change Entourage language from German to English?

We purchased 7 Standard USA licenses for Office 08 and installed them on brand new MacBooks (Black) USA laptops/ We are using an exchange server in Vienna. We installed Office as far as we can tell in English, but when you open Entourage the Menu is in German although the Mac's default language are set to English. We cant find a way to change the Office menu to English.
Is there something we are missing here?

Office is not a multilingual application (it now has the structure
required to be one, but it isn't).
If the menu is in German, then you have the German version installed on
the Mac.
In the past, Office US accepted the serial numbers from Office from
other countries. It might be worth a try if you can lay a hand on a US
CD. Uninstall the version you have with the uninstaller (I would trash
the prefs as well) and reinstall the US version.
