How does one create a toolbar button for a calendar?

Greetings.

I understand it is possible to put on a tool bar a calendar to which I have
been granted reviewer access. How is this done please. And thank you.

You'll need to add the mailbox in question as an additional mailbox to open
in your Exchange Server service. (Tools | Services | Microsoft Exchange
Server...).

Then when you open the folder list (View | Folder List) you should see their
mailbox. Expand the mailbox and you should see Calendar listed (it might be
the only folder listed) and you can then drag/drop that to your Outlook bar.

NOTE: The other person will probably have to give you at least rudimentary
permissions to their root mailbox in order to do this.
