I am trying to create a poster and flyer in Spanish and do not know how to
configure the punctuation (ie the upside-down exclamation points and question
marks). Please help!

To expand on the above post, Insert, Symbol, expand the font selections to Times New
Roman Special G1 or for the Question Mark alt+0191, the Explanation Mark alt+0161
