How does one remotely do a Windows Update?

I only have dialup internet access at moment. My mother-in-law has high
speed access though. I would like to be able to go to her house with my
flash drive and download my windows updates and then install them on my
computer at home. How do I go about doing this?

You could order the CD from Microsoft.
