How does the xml option display in data toolbar

You can drag the options to a toolbar by Tools>Customize>Commands>Data. Scroll
down and grab the buttons you want.

OR Tools>Customize. Check the List Toolbar which has the XML commands.

Gord, Thanks...the problem is that I do not see the xml commands when I do

You must be using Excel 2003 to have these XML functions available.

They are there on my installation of 2003.
