How effective is FrontPage 2003 as a web interface to Automate dat

I am in the process of building an ALS Patient Registry using Access 2003 and FrontPage 2003 as a web interface. It is basically a survey to gather demographic and medical information to help identify trends.

My question is a web interface built with FrontPage 2003 an effective way to automate data entry?

I have created interfaces to Access and SQL Server databases by using
FrontPage database regions and customizing those regions with my own ASP
code.
