How fill child table's with non-indentifying relationship

In SQL database, there are one parent table and some child tables which has
non-indentifying relationship with parent talbe.
I have designed a WebService based on those table and desing a InfoPath
sheet based on that WebService.
But how let the child repeating section in Infopath sheet automatically
fill the foreign key of parent table?
