How fix: Error Msg.: Outl. can't use custom form, using Out. Form

Using Outlook 2000. Clicked once on "customize Outlook Today" button on Out.
Today view, and nothing happened. Next time I opened Outlook, I get popup
dialog boxes telling me "Outlook can't open Custom Folder, using Outlook
Folder" repeatedly. I have to close 2 to 4 boxes before I can proceed.
Annoying. Nothing in Help about this. Any ideas?
