How get out of 'arrange all'?

Hi,

I don't know how to get out of 'arrange all'. I've got all these
little postage stamp Word documents on my screen. I've looked all
over the place-help, google etc.

Anyway. How do I get the documents back to their right size?

Thanks,

Rafael

PS

I know how to get out of 'arrange all' by green buttoning each file.
What I want to do is just pop them back to normal in one click,
button, or keystroke.

Thanks,

Rafael

Unfortunately, neither Word nor the OS offer a straightforward command to
resize all windows simultaneously. You might be able do do something usable
through Expose (see Mac Help if not familiar to you) rather than using the
Arrange All command. Otherwise you'd have to create a solution
programmatically.

Rafael,

How do the documents become postage stamp size? Are they just new blank
documents? Or all documents that you open? Or because for various valid
reasons you have made them small and want a method of making them larger?

Hello Clive -

I took it to mean that he had several (probably at _least_ 6) docs open &
then used the Window>Arrange All command. Unfortunately that renders equal
window sizes for all open docs, but there is no "restore all" equivalent,
AFAIK, so each doc window has to be enlarged individually.

Ah, thanks Bob!

Have never used it (you guessed that, right? and put it, gentleman and
scholar that you are, ever so kindly ;-)).

And Rafael will ignore my question, I hope.

I wouldn't have thought there was *anything* about this program you hadn't
tried at least *once*;-) The feature is fine for _no more_ than 4 docs
unless you have a *huge* screen. Otherwise the window sizes rendered are
virtually useless - the more open docs the smaller each window.
