How get rid of error when starting Outlook 2003

I recently switched from an older version of Outlook to Outlook 2003. In the
process I used some Microsoft technology to copy my files in the old outlook
to the new Outlook 2003. Trouble is, in my old outlook I had software that
allowed me to make backup copies of my outlook files and now; when I start up
Outlook 2003 I get the following error:

"C:\..\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\C:\Program
Files\MICROS~2\Office10\Addins\outbak.dll is not a valid Office Addin."

How can I fix it so that this error does not come up each time I open
Outlook 2003?

Also, now that I am in OL 2003 is there some built in software that allows
me to backup my contacts etc easily?

Thank You

Remove the incorrect add-in on Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins

Download the current version from Microsoft.

Thanks for responding.
Remove the incorrect add-in on Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins

This does not solve the problem. When I click Options.com Addins I get the
same message, (as mentioned in my original thread) when I click Ok on the
message I am taken to the Com AddIns dialog but there is no reference there
to be removed.

Then use REGEDIT to find the reference in the registry and remove it that
way.
