How get rid of the drop down arrow in Field name of a table?

In Table view there is a drop down arrow in the field name of each column. It
obscures the field name. I want to get rid of it. How?

In table view (I think you're look at the table and not a form) it really
does not matter what it looks like as you only use table to store data. As
long at the field size is big enough to hold the data it does not matter if
you can see it all or not.

Use a query or form to view/work with data
