How good is :dragon naturally speaking software ?

I have a laptop
Intel Celeron M processor 350, 256 SDRAM, 40HDD

Questions:
1. is my laptop do basic to handle this software ? Will it make it a
lot of slower ?

2. How good is :dragon naturally speaking software ?

the early versions; he might be a bit prejudice.

If you have Word 2003 there is a speak back facility.

Word 2003 will speak typed text to you.
