Like Ben says, a li'l more info. on app versions and setup would be helpful!

In the mean time In Outlook 2007 you can just:
(I have HTML as my format option in "Tools" "Options" "Mail Format"
Highlite the text you wish to Hyperlink
Click on Insert
Click on Hyperrlink and,
Fill in the top text box where it says "text to display"

In Outlook 2003:
(Mail format HTML)
Copy and paste from Word!!!
