how i can add an exe file in a setup Access aplication?

I've made a setup for an access aplication using the package wizard of access
2003 developers extension. I want to add a executable file (*.exe) in the
setup , and i want to execute it with the same setup.
I've add at the setup.ini the following code :
[ChainedInstall_1]
Path="\Files\WindowsXP-KB829558-x86-ENU.exe"
TaskType=EXE
CmdLine=/qf \
But the WindowsXP-KB829558-x86-ENU.exe didn't installed and a message about
switches appeared.
