Create it using a program that can create images. There are many commercial
ones available on the market. Learning curve on them can be extreme.
Visio, Illustrator, Photoshop and a few others come to mind.
May want to consider using Word Art in one of the Microsoft Office programs
for wording/lettering.
Be very careful about using stock clipart when creating a company logo as
most are copyrighted and using them for business purposes is normally
against the copyright permissions to use.
Another resource may be to go to a graphic artist to design and produce the
logo and then have it scanned. You may also go to the art or computer
graphics department of your local college and see if you can have one
designed for a donation to the college. That has been done successfully in
the past for a few businesses I have been involved with.
