How i can get the add-in "awfext32.dll" for office outlook?

When i click on office outlook i get the message. (The add-in "awfext32.dll"
could not be insalled or loaded. this problem may be resoled by using Detect
and Repair on the Help menu.) I click on Detecd and Repair but it is not
solve my problem.
can anybody Help?

Those are the extensions for Microsoft Fax from Windows 95. No current
versions of Outlook even support it, so remove them from the Add-in Manager.
