There's no way to import an OST and often no reason to do so. Is your new
account an Exchange account as well? Is it on the same server? What
version of Outlook?

This is a data recovery scenario.

You will either need to work with a data recovery consultant like myself
or buy a data recovery utility.

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=recover+OST
presents some options at varying price points. I am not aware of a
supported Microsoft utility.

Please make a copy of the OST file first. :)

Before you delete the Exchange account connected with the OST, you can work
with Outlook offline and it will have full access to the dat ain the OST. You
can then create a PST and copy the folders in the OST to the PST. Once you've
done that, you can create the type of account you want, connect the PST to a
mail profile as the delivery location and continue from there with the same
data you had in the OST. If you remove the Exchange account before doing
this, you will lose access to the data permanently unless you BUY a tool to
recover it.
