how i can use outlook97 .pst file in outlook2003

ate are using M.S Exchange server...(We have 500 users in one location) three
months ago we were using outlook97...But now we have installed outlook2003
with WIN XP...some times existing .pst folder does not open in new
outlook2003...we config. PST folder in Exchange properties...can it be
attached with outlook2003--- Tools menu ---options---Data file...will it work?
In tools menu i read about it as outlook97 2000 format which supports such
PST folder in outlook2003...but now i furgot it....
Pl. help

Have you tried simply opening the 97 file in Outlook using File | Open |
Outlook Data File? An Outlook 97-created .PST file should work just fine in
Outlook 2003.
