How I got read of my Corrupted documents

ATZ

Hi all,
I use French (Office Pro SP1 + Tablet SP2) on 1.2 GB RAM, 1.6 CPU P-M.

Problem:
EVERY document I write with Footnotes+Handwriting annotations ends up being
corrupted within first day of creation. I'm writing a
Phd------>FRUSTATION(every day)!!!

Solution :
Use OpenOffice (free) to open corrupted document and save right back to Word
format. In the process OO converts the Handwriting to pure graphics since it
doesn't know about it and Word is happy with it (until next corruption...).

Question :
How do I push the info to the people that maintain Word and how do I get a
fix for a bug??? I'm happy to pay, although not very fair....But I so much
need my docs...

Thank you all.
Hope it helps.

As a test, would you go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and select
MS Office, CHANGE. Choose the Add/Remove Features option, Advanced
Customisation Options and then under Office Shared Features, Alternative
Inputs, select Not Available on this computer. Click OK and it will be
uninstalled. Reboot the computer and then do the reverse of above using the
install this on my computer option and the Alternative input features will
be reinstalled.

Test again to see if the problem is resolved.
