how I publish website using window vista?

I'm using publisher to create the webpage. At home I have window xp and I did
the publish to the web perfect, but at work I have window Vista and I can't
do it, it something different that I have to do?

There are rumors that Vista is not friendly with publish to the web. It
wasn't all that friendly in XP when I used it there. A recommendation from
my hosting service was to use FileZilla,.

With filezilla you publish to your hard drive and then FTP to the host
server.
