How I set up my connection with my accounts?. I set Inbox e-mails.

I set (4) accounts in Outlook with Cox.net e-mails, is working. But I can't
receive e-mails in my accounts, I need to do the following in order to get
the e-mails in my Inbox.
Tools, Send/Receive,Send/Receive All. After that the Outlook send receive
(updated) and I get the e-mails in the Inbox, but even thougt I set my (4)
e-mails accounts, are not showing by each individuals accounts.
Also, the e-mail icon is not showing in the bottom of my screen.
