how image adding in visio shape and working of macro in IE

pls help me ,
hi i am new in visio, i have created an organisation chart,

how can i display the deatils of each shape from db(ms access) in
seperate shape when mouse moved through the specified shape.?
and i want to dispaly the image to the shape from db,

Also i have a doubt that i created macro for db refresh through VB,
but this will not work in IE(when double clicking the mouse),but work
in visio editor. what can i do for running macro from IE?

Firstly, you cannot run a macro from inside IE , even if you use the Visio
drawing control - you must use full Visio for that.

Secondly, you can use the ScreenTip is Visio to display text information
only (http://blogs.msdn.com/visio/archive/2006/07/04/655569.aspx ), no
pictures, on mouse over.
You would need to write your own code for that.
