HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU PRINT A FORM

Hello,

can anyone help me. how do you print a form in Landscape
View? I want to put a pring button on my form which prints
the form in landscape view because its to big to put in
portrait view.

I'm not at all fond of printing forms... you can save the form as a report,
and use DoCmd.OpenReport with the WhereCondition argument to select just the
currently displayed record to be printed. Using the PageSetup on the File
menu, you can select landscape mode; that should carry through to
distributed copies (unless you have a copy of Access 2000 that doesn't have
the Service Packs up to date).

Cheers

Create a Report (in landscape view), based on the same recordsource as
the Form, and print *that*. Forms are designed for onscreen use,
reports for printing!
