how interrupt outbox send ( too large file)

I tried to send a zip file attachment from outlook 93. The file is too large.
Continuously tries to send. How to I interrupt transmission so I can delete
message adn start again with several smaller zip files in seperate e mails?

Place Outlook in Offline mode via File-> Work Offline.
Restart Outlook and you should be able to delete it.
