How is a shared notebook displayed on a network shared drive?

If I share a notebook on a shared drive at work, will other users see only
the notebook I want to share, or will they see all of my own personal One
Note notebooks?

What resides on the shared drive, will be seen. There is no special
decision in OneNote to share a file or not. If one can see it, it can
open it. The rights to read/change depend on the security settings in
Windows, as for all other files.
Your personal notebooks should therefore be located on your computer or
on in a server directory, where no one else has rights.
