How is a WaterMark in Publisher deleted?

I am trying to delete a WaterMark that came with a program layout of
Publisher, and I just can't do it. Section "New from a Design" ,
Publications for Print, specifically the one entitled, "Programs". The
WaterMark is a layout of musicians.

I would appreciate any help that can be given.

Select the image from the right ( there are no objects on the right) and
delete. Or move one of the tables, select, delete. It isn't a watermark.
