I am using Access 2003 in XP. My Customer Contact Reports have basic
Customer info at the top (from the Customer Table filled with info), and in
the bottom sub-report any Contact(s) info (from the Contact Table). Since I
have not yet deployed this database to my client (due to the problem I am
seeking help on), there are only two Contacts in the Contacts Table.
However, when I navigate through the Reports, occassionally additional blank
Contact records will appear (otherwise only one formatted blank record is
displayed) and when there are a sufficient number of them they will then
spill over into a second page. There are no blank Contact records in the
Contacts Table, so how can I prevent this buildup?
