How lock accdb file table?

You asked a "how" question ... and told us how you want to do it.

If you mean "what", as in "I want to keep folks from linking to the tables
in my database", folks here may be able to offer ways to handle that.

For example, if you data were stored in a SQL Server back-end, you could use
the security that SQL-Server offers to prevent folks from seeing the tables.
